Building the infrastructure for the future of caregiving
CareBridge256™ was founded on lived experience — a decade of caregiving that revealed the barriers millions of families face. Today, we are building a national infrastructure platform to ensure no caregiver navigates that journey alone.
A national caregiving infrastructure
CareBridge256™ is an integrated caregiving, elder care, workforce development, transportation coordination, community resource, and care continuity infrastructure platform designed to prepare, educate, empower, support, coordinate, document, and advance caregivers while helping individuals age in place with dignity, privacy, safety, and confidence.
Our vision extends beyond caregiving services. We are working to establish a national caregiving infrastructure that recognizes family caregivers as essential contributors to healthcare, promotes education and workforce advancement, strengthens continuity of care, expands access to trusted community resources, and creates new opportunities for individuals who dedicate themselves to caring for others.
Rather than replacing healthcare providers, CareBridge256™ complements existing healthcare systems by helping caregivers become better prepared, better supported, and better connected throughout the care journey.
CareBridge256 Ai grew from lived experience. Our founder, a U.S. Navy veteran and military healthcare professional, has been working on CareBridge256 Ai since around 2024 while serving as a sole federal spousal caregiver — turning a decade of personal caregiving into trusted national infrastructure.

Working to serve in the AI era
Olivia Friedman (formerly Olivia Roach), MSC.D
Also known publicly as Olivia Roach — the name under which she is listed by Forbes and other publications.
Olivia Roach is the Founder and CEO of CareBridge256™, a caregiving and elder care infrastructure platform focused on preparing, supporting, educating, coordinating, documenting, and advancing caregivers while helping older adults and individuals with disabilities age in place with dignity, privacy, safety, and confidence.
Her work is grounded in lived experience. For approximately a decade, Olivia served as the sole primary caregiver for her husband through multiple complex medical conditions, experiencing firsthand the physical, emotional, financial, and professional challenges that millions of family caregivers face every day. That experience became the catalyst for CareBridge256™, which she founded following an initial pilot in 2024 and formally launched in early 2025.
A U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman veteran with experience in military medicine and aerospace medicine, Olivia has served in hospitals, clinics, nursing home environments, medical laboratories, emergency care settings, and healthcare technology initiatives. Her career includes federal government service, federal contracting, healthcare information systems implementation, healthcare education, technical training, cybersecurity, and executive consulting.
Olivia is an early artificial intelligence pioneer whose work in conversational AI and human-centered AI governance dates to approximately 2000. From the early 2000s through 2017, she designed and pioneered conversational systems and chatbots, authored early ethical AI frameworks, and continues to develop AI-assisted platforms focused on education, caregiving, workforce development, and trusted digital infrastructure. Around 2000, Olivia developed one of her earliest AI governance frameworks, including a pro-human Declaration of Artificial Intelligence Rights and Guidelines and related constitutional concepts intended to encourage responsible, human-centered AI development. Her current research applies game theory to AI behavioural benchmarking experiments.
Her federal experience provides a unique understanding of the needs of federal employees, retirees, veterans, active-duty military families, and their dependents. As a recognized specialist in Federal Long Term Care education and benefit activation, Olivia focuses on helping families understand available caregiver education resources, maximize eligible benefits, and strengthen caregiver readiness.
Olivia is a Doctoral Scholar in Health Administration and a member of the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). She served in the United States Navy and is a current member of Phi Alpha Delta International, the world's largest law fraternity, whose prominent alumni include U.S. Presidents and Supreme Court Justices (source). She is a former member of a private fraternal order, which she chooses not to name for reasons of personal privacy. Based in Huntsville, Alabama, she continues to develop CareBridge256™ as an enterprise-ready platform and is currently working to secure government contracts to further serve and assist her country in the current AI era, while collaborating with healthcare organizations, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, employers, government stakeholders, and community partners.

Building across caregiving, readiness, and the Reputation Economy
Olivia Friedman's work spans multiple connected platforms — each grounded in lived experience and directed at infrastructure that helps people entrusted with the health and safety of others.
Capertly.com — CAPRT™
Credence Aircrew Performance & Readiness Tracker™ — For Naval Excellence™
CAPRT™ is an evidence-informed aircrew performance and readiness intelligence platform built for the Naval Aviation environment. Its operating principle: Know the Baseline. Detect the Change. Support the Mission.™
The system establishes an individual baseline, detects meaningful change, fuses multiple indicators, explains the contributing evidence and its confidence, and keeps a human in the loop for oversight. It draws on five evidence categories — Physiological, Behavioral, Task Performance, Self-Reported, and Operational Context — to produce explainable readiness intelligence rather than a single opaque score.
CAPRT™ is grounded in the founder's lived Naval Aviation experience: service as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman (HM), advancement to Aviation Medicine Technician (AVT), and affiliation with VS-41 Shamrocks at NAS North Island and the Naval Medical Center San Diego. It extends the same continuum of preparation, documentation, and readiness that informs CareBridge256™ Ai.
Global Reputation Economist™
Editor in Chief — Olivia Friedman
Global Reputation Economist™ is a financial and economics publication for the AI era, examining how reputation, trust, and intangible value are becoming measurable forces in markets, governance, and enterprise strategy.
As Editor in Chief, Olivia Friedman leads coverage of the emerging Reputation Economy — the quantification of reputation as a financial asset class — and its implications for leaders, institutions, and the public.
The Seven Trillion Dollar Woman™
A media designation tied to a market — not a claim of personal wealth
In January 2026, Burson published "The Global Reputation Economy: A New Asset Class for a New Era", a landmark study quantifying corporate reputation as a global asset class worth an estimated $7.07 trillion. Burson found that companies with the strongest reputations realized up to 4.78% in additional unexpected annual shareholder returns — moving reputation from a soft concept to a measurable, hard asset.
Olivia Friedman had already been building the Reputation Economy Foundry™ infrastructure — including CareBridge256™ Ai, Credence Résumé Fit™, ReputationServer.com, Global Reputation Economist™, and related platforms — before the Burson study was published. Her media designation, "Olivia Friedman the 7 Trillion Dollar Woman™" (also styled "The Seven Trillion Dollar Woman™"), is claimed by way of that prior, independent work: she was constructing infrastructure for the Reputation Economy before it was named and quantified as a $7.07 trillion asset class.
The caregiving and healthcare sector is drawing significant investor and valuation attention, with several founder-led care businesses receiving prominent valuations. Olivia Friedman's foundation is distinct and verifiable: approximately a decade of sole spousal caregiving, U.S. Navy medical service, and federal healthcare experience — the lived basis from which CareBridge256™ Ai was built.
What this designation is — and is not
- Is: a reference to the size of the global Reputation Economy asset class that Burson quantified at approximately $7.07 trillion, which the Reputation Economy Foundry™ infrastructure addresses.
- Is not: a claim of Olivia Friedman's personal net worth, wealth, or financial holdings.
- Is not: a valuation of CareBridge256™ Ai, her think-tank, or any affiliated entity.
This distinction is stated explicitly to avoid any implication of personal wealth. The designation describes a market opportunity, not a personal fortune.
